This is the course completion eCard for Instructor Candidates or Renewing Instructors who have completed the Basic Life Support Instructor course and monitoring by certified Training Center Faculty.
Cards can be purchased by
Renewing Instructor: Please put the date of your monitoring and the TCF who completed it into your order comments.
Training Center Faculty: Please put the Instructor Name you have recertified and the date of your monitoring into the order comments. Renewal paperwork must be submitted to training center
Cards will be issued to the Instructor directly upon receipt of all required documentation.
