Refund policy
All digital goods (e.g HeartCode, Online Keys, etc…), are non-refundable as soon as the order has been fulfilled. Refunds for merchandise will be granted after the issuance of a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the corresponding receipt and inspection of the returned item.
If for any reason a class is canceled by Lifework Education, we will inform registered students immediately, and you will have the option to reschedule to another class or request a full refund.
If you are unable to attend and provide a notice of cancellation at least 10 business days before the class, you will receive a full refund less a $10 service fee.
If a cancellation notice is not provided at least 10 business days before the class, individual student fees are non-refundable as a seat is being reserved by your registration. However, if you contact us within 48 hours before the class for rescheduling with no additional fee. Rescheduled classes must take place within 60 calendar days of the originally booked class. You can reschedule once per registration.
