Child Abuse Mandated Reporter Training for New York State

Describe New York State requirements and processes for mandated reporters of suspected cases of child abuse and maltreatment. Explain the requirements for placing a child into protective custody. Discuss the legal protections afforded mandated reporters and the consequences for failing to report.
